Shipping and delivery policy
Last updated 20 August 2026
BinkGo is a hyperlocal marketplace connecting you with independent shops near you. It is a reserve-and-collect service: there is no courier, no dispatch and no delivery. Every order is prepared by the shop and collected in person, by you, from that shop's counter. This page explains how fulfilment works so there is no ambiguity about what you are paying for.
1. We do not ship or deliver
BinkGo does not operate a delivery fleet, does not use courier or logistics partners, and does not ship goods to any address. No shipping or delivery charge is ever levied, because nothing is ever shipped.
If you are looking for a delivery estimate or a tracking number, there is none to give: your order never leaves the shop until you collect it yourself. The only address involved in an order is the address of the shop you are collecting from, shown on the shop page and in your order details.
2. How fulfilment works
You place an order with one shop. The shop accepts it, prepares the items, and marks the order ready for pickup. You are notified at each stage, and the Orders screen shows the current stage at any time.
When the order is ready, the app shows you a pickup code. You go to the shop, present the code, settle any balance due, and take your items. The order is marked completed at that point.
A single order is always fulfilled by a single shop. Ordering from two shops means two separate orders, each collected from its own counter.
3. Preparation times
Where a shop publishes an expected preparation time, it is that shop’s own estimate for having your items ready. It is not a delivery commitment and not a guarantee. Preparation times vary with how busy the shop is, how many items you ordered, and whether stock has to be brought from the back.
Because a shop sells from physical shelves, an item can sell out between your order being placed and the shop opening it. Where that happens the shop may offer a substitute or decline the order, and you are never charged for items you do not receive.
4. Collection window and uncollected orders
Please collect within the pickup window shown for your order. A shop reserves real stock and real counter space for you, and an order left uncollected costs it both.
If you cannot collect in time, cancel from the Orders screen so the stock is released, or contact the shop through the app. An order you neither collect nor cancel may be cancelled by the shop, and repeated no-shows may lead us to restrict how you use the service, as set out in our Terms.
Anyone holding your pickup code can collect the order, so share it only with a person you are deliberately sending on your behalf.
5. Service area
BinkGo shows you shops within a limited radius of the location you set, because the premise of the service is that the shop is close enough to walk or ride to. Shops outside that radius do not appear, and the radius may differ between areas as we expand.
If no shops appear for your area, we are not live there yet. Nothing is charged and no order can be placed until a shop near you joins the platform.
6. Questions about an order
For anything about the readiness, contents or collection of a specific order, use Help & Support in the app and include your order number, or contact us using the details on our Contact page. We aim to acknowledge every request within 48 hours.
