For anything about a specific order, quote the order number shown in the Orders screen and the name of the shop. For a payment or refund query, add the amount and the payment reference from your bank or UPI app.

For a problem with goods you collected, a photograph helps us take it up with the shop quickly.

We aim to acknowledge every request within 48 hours and to resolve it within a reasonable time, keeping you informed where a shop or a bank has to come back to us first.

In accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection (E-Commerce) rules and information technology guidelines, a dedicated grievance redressal channel is available for complaints not resolved by standard support.
