Delete your BinkGo account

You can delete your account and personal data yourself, from inside the app. It takes effect immediately — there is nothing to request and nobody to wait for.

Delete it from the app

  1. Open the BinkGo app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then tap Help & Support.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm with your password.

You cannot delete while an order is still in progress — collect or cancel it first. If you run a shop through BinkGo, deleting your account also closes that shop and removes it from the app.

Deleted straight away

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • Your password and every signed-in device
  • Your saved pickup area and location
  • Your notifications and recent searches
  • Anything the app stored on your phone

Your phone number is released, so you can sign up again with the same number whenever you like.

What we have to keep

  • Past orders, with your personal details stripped outIndian tax and accounting rules require completed sale records to be kept. They can no longer be traced back to you.
  • Support conversations that are still openSo anything under investigation can be closed out.

Already uninstalled the app?

Reinstall the app, sign in, and use Profile → Help & Support → Delete my account. We verify that the request belongs to you before deleting anything.
