Delete your BinkGo account
You can delete your account and personal data yourself, from inside the app. It takes effect immediately — there is nothing to request and nobody to wait for.
Delete it from the app
- Open the BinkGo app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then tap Help & Support.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password.
You cannot delete while an order is still in progress — collect or cancel it first. If you run a shop through BinkGo, deleting your account also closes that shop and removes it from the app.
Deleted straight away
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your password and every signed-in device
- Your saved pickup area and location
- Your notifications and recent searches
- Anything the app stored on your phone
Your phone number is released, so you can sign up again with the same number whenever you like.
What we have to keep
- Past orders, with your personal details stripped outIndian tax and accounting rules require completed sale records to be kept. They can no longer be traced back to you.
- Support conversations that are still openSo anything under investigation can be closed out.
Already uninstalled the app?
Email contact@binkgo.in from the number or address on your account, or with your registered mobile number in the message. We verify the request belongs to you, delete the account, and confirm when it is done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
